For returning teams and last years waiting-list teams, the guarenteed entry, cut-off-date is Sunday, October 20, 2019. 

Registration cut-off date is Thursday, October 31, 2019.

New teams are put on the waiting list on a first come first served basis, so don’t delay submitting your entry. If you are successful you will be e-mailed or phoned with a confirmation, else your cheque will be returned.

Overview of the Event

Participating Clubs are: Acton, Burlington Fire Fighters, Burlington (New St.), Chinguacousy, Dixie, Flowertown, Guelph, Milton, N. Halton, Oakville & Orangeville.  

32 teams from the participating clubs may enter the bonspiel.

Who may play. The bonspiel is intended for club-level teams whose members have reached the age of 60 by the first day of the bonspiel (Nov 6) and are full members of a curling club or league. Only two members from any team that has, in the past two seasons, qualified for any Provincial championship, may register on the same team. Also, if your team won our bonspiel in the past two years you have to split your winning team(s).

On Friday, November 1st. entrants are drawn into four pools, each with eight teams. Your designated team-contact will receive a notice of which pool your teams is in by end of Sunday preceeding the event.
